Refund Policy

For orders within Lebanon, we offer a same-day refund policy on sportswear. You can try on the items while the driver is still with you and return them on the spot if they don’t meet your expectations.

For orders from outside Lebanon, we do not offer refunds, but exchanges are available for a different size within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition for the exchange process to be initiated.
